Course Description

The “Lean Six Sigma DMAIC Green Belt” training course presents the most widely used Continuous Improvement methodology in the industrial world for process optimization, both in manufacturing and transactional environments.
It provides the skills required to apply the wide range of qualitative and quantitative tools that characterize this methodology, which is specifically aimed at reducing variability in all its forms.

The Lean Six Sigma methodology is based on the DMAIC cycle (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control), which consists of a macro phase focused on problem definition and a macro phase focused on process optimization.
The course enables participants to acquire technical, managerial, and statistical skills to quantify problem definition, assess data reliability, identify root causes, develop corrective solutions, and finally monitor optimized performance in a systematic and scientific way.
